Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, May 8, 2024, tease Sloan has some explaining to do to her bestie, and let’s just say, Melinda will not be pleased. Not at all.
Previously On DAYS: Sarah and Xander visited Maggie at the perfect moment. They got there just in time for Justin to call Maggie with the news Victor’s will cleared probate. She was excited to share her wealth and donate much of it to charity. A sentiment that had Konstantin in a panic and he accidentally showed his true colors. Alex got the call and celebrated by taking Kristen to bed. He turned up at the DiMera mansion just in time to flirt and canoodle with Kristen in front of Brady which made his day even better. Later, Brady checked in with Theresa just moments before Konstantin showed up at her door. He claimed he needed help picking a wedding present but once Kon got Theresa alone, he urged her to fix things with Alex so they could steal his money. Meanwhile, Marlena and John gave Steve the scoop on Konstantin activating The Pawn. Don’t worry, though, Marlena figured it out and deprogrammed her husband. And, as for Maggie’s prenup, it’s safe too. John saw it coming, swapped the documents, and Konstantin burned the fake. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
So Much Baby Drama!
Now that EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is in the know, Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) needs to update Melinda (Tina Huang). Sloan managed to convince him to stay silent, but this is a risk. A huge risk. If EJ’s guilt gets to him and he spills, it’s over. She, Melinda, and Leo (Greg Rikaart) will be on the way to the slammer and may never see the light of day again.
Melinda is sure to have a full-on panic attack when Sloan tells her that EJ knows everything. Melinda risked it all to help Sloan kidnap the baby and now they are walking a fine line. This scheme could blow up any second and there’s not much they can do to stop it now.
As for Jude’s real parents, Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) get to work on their story…but it’s not long before talk turns to Sloan. Eric needs someone to lean on and who better than his ex? We’re sure Nicole will give great advice on how he should deal with his wife.
Speaking of baby drama, Johnny (Carson Boatman) confides in EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) his concerns about Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) pregnancy. Johnny is over the moon at the idea of being a dad, but he’s also terrified about what’s to come. Will his child be okay?
Itty Bitty Twists
Across town, Ava (Tamara Braun) and Harris (Steve Burton) have much to discuss now that they’ve found Gil’s black book and have taken a look inside. There are shocking things inside those pages and they aren’t sure what to make of some of it. Should they reconsider handing it over to Clyde (James Read)?
At the same time, the teen scene heats up as a love triangle kicks off. Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) shakes up Holly (Ashley Puzemis) with her intentions to snag Tate (Leo Howard) as her date to the prom. And, Tate’s friend Aaron (Louis Tomeo) has his eyes set on Sophia. And, of course, Holly and Tate only have eyes for each other. Can these teens figure it out without ruining their friendships?
