Days of our Lives spoilers for December 8, 2023, promise a big day for Nicole, another lying day for Sloan, and a jailhouse encounter for Dimitri.
Leo Tries His Best
While Dimitri (Peter Porte) begged him to keep the truth about Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) baby a secret so they could continue blackmailing Sloan (Jessica Serfaty), Leo (Greg Rikaart) couldn’t bring himself to do it. Instead, he heads straight to the DiMera mansion to tell them that their baby is alive.
Too bad EJ sees him before he can get the words out and promptly decks him for showing up at his house after everything EJ thinks he has done. Will this cause Leo to keep this secret to himself and use it as his boyfriend wants? EJ doesn’t know what he could be costing Nicole.
Another Cover Story
When Eric (Greg Vaughan) hears a message from Melinda’s (Tina Huang) lawyer pal telling them he is sorry the adoption fell through, Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) has to think fast on her feet. To that end, she tells Eric that the baby they adopted was through another lawyer friend. She didn’t think it was necessary to tell Eric about the first baby when they got a newborn anyway.
Later, Sloan tells Melinda that she is worried Dimitri can blow their cover at any moment, but Melinda assures her things will be fine. She has yet to learn what Leo knows but she is about to find out soon enough when another visitor arrives at her apartment.
Dimitri Finds An Enemy
Dimitri has no idea the trouble he’s in now that he’s behind bars. There are enemies lurking everywhere and one of them is Lucas Horton (Bryan R. Dattilo). He has a bone to pick with Megan DiMera’s (Miranda Wilson) son for kidnapping his mother and holding her hostage on a fishing boat.
Everyone believed Kate (Lauren Koslow) was dead but Dimitri knew the truth all along, just as he knows the truth about Nicole’s not-so-dead baby. However, Lucas will soon learn that he better not mess with Dimitri von Leuchner because it can be more trouble than it’s worth.
