Heather Webber has won her appeal and is getting out of the slammer. No more prison blues for this lady! General Hospital is unleashing her upon the world…and we can’t wait to see if she behaves or if she’s duped them all and she’s still the same old baddie she always was!
Are You A Good Witch of A Bad Witch?
Heather Webber (Alley Mills) truly believes all her problems stemmed from cobalt poisoning from her hip replacement. While that does seem like a viable and reasonable excuse, we have to question all those devious acts she performed well before her injury. Does no one remember that? Selective amnesia certainly runs amok on General Hospital.
We fully believe Heather will spend at least the first few months acting like a saint. She’ll need to if she wants to impress Laura (Genie Francis) and spend time with their shared grandson. More than anything, Heather is craving that connection. She doesn’t have Esme anymore, but she does have the little boy to love on.

Oh, yes, she’ll be the perfect grandma. She’ll get herself set up in a nice little space, bake her grandson cookies, and take baby Axel to the park. She’ll even dress the part. Her life will be nice, normal, and quiet. Lovely.
Heather Webber Shows Her True Colors
Will it be a genuine change…or nothing but an act? We think that latter! Sure, things will go swimmingly for a while, but Heather won’t be able to resist those dark urges for very long. It will start small with a little white lie here and there and before long, Heather will be back to scheming just as hard as ever before.
She may even play the long game and put a target on Portia’s (Brook Kerr) back and slowly work to ruin the doctor’s whole life – one teeny tiny step at a time. Heather will work so carefully and quietly Portia won’t know what happened until her world is on fire and Heather is the one holding the pitchfork.
