Ava and Grace Scarola have taken turns portraying Avery Corinthos practically since they both emerged from the womb nearly a decade ago and now the adorable twosome is kicking off a brand-new adventure — but have no fear, General Hospital will still have pride of place in their endeavors.

“Hey everyone,” began the twins most enthusiastic Instagram post. “We’re super excited to share that we’ve joined a new soccer club – Sporting California! Soccer has always been a huge part of our lives, and this new team is like a dream come true.
“But don’t worry, we’re not stepping away from the spotlight – acting is still very much our thing! From the soccer field to the set, we’re all about chasing our passions.”
The best part, according to the pair, is that they’re going to be bringing their fans along on their “amazing journey.”
“We can’t wait to share all our adventures with you,” they said in closing. “Whether we’re lacing up our cleats or learning our lines, you’ll get to see it all. Let’s make some memories together!”
