Amanda Davies, the youngest of One Life to Live actress Erika Slezak’s two children, has died. She was 42.

Per the administrator of The Erika Slezak Fan Club, “It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of Erika’s daughter Amanda Elizabeth Davies who died very suddenly. The family is heartbroken and would appreciate privacy at this time.” An official cause of death has not been disclosed.
When Davies appeared on OLTL back in 2003 — as a younger incarnation of her mother’s character, Victoria “Viki” Lord Buchanan — she followed not only in Erika’s illustrious footsteps but in her maternal grandfathers as well. Austrian-born film and stage actor Walter Slezak guest starred on the ABC soap in 1976 as Laszlo Braedeker, Viki’s godfather.
