General Hospital’s Tabyana Ali (Trina Robinson) hoped on a Zoom call with News4SA’s Robert Price on Wednesday to talk about her past, and her bright future.
Tabyana Ali — Open Book
As of this year, in Alimo City, January 13 is “Tabyana Ali Day” — or “Love Without Walls Day” — and that suits the actress/author just fine. “I grew up there,” she declared to Price. “That’s my home. My family’s still there. My grandmother. My siblings. I love Texas.”
Ali also admits to loving to eat, visiting her childhood home, and spending time crafting and gardening with her grandmother. Turns out grandma is, ” a big arts and crafts girlie.”
The artist known to millions of devotees as GH’s Trina also loves to cook, so, “I want to have a restaurant. I love to have a doggy daycare. I love animals so much. I want to have multiple organizations – to help animals, to help young women.”
Her future plans also include an (eventual) return to a comedy stage and picking back up her writer’s pen. “I have a lot of ideas when it comes to writing,” she enthuses, “Scriptwriting, probably write more books as well.”
