Meanwhile, back in Salem, Johnny (Carson Boatman) drowns his own sorrows at Small Bar and meets the friendly, sympathetic, highly photogenic Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) — the very same Joy that Bonnie (Judi Evans) is seen talking up to Abe (James Reynolds) and Kate (Lauren Koslow).
Later, while Johnny really steps in it by accusing his wife of sleeping with costar and one-time bed buddy Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), Nancy (Patrika Darbo) confronts Joy with seeming proof that she bedded a married man the night previous. (Things do not bode well for the DiMera union…)
