While Trina () can be heard in voiceover insisting, “You are not going to believe what just happened,” a figure is tracked inside a hospital; it pauses to inspect a vial of digitalis, then injects the drug into an IV.

Cut to a uniformed Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) adding to a refuse bin. The person unknown sneaks up behind him and thrusts an object (a doctor’s scalpel, perhaps) into his back!

GH Spoilers: Seen And Heard

Also seen and overheard in the trailer: an assemblage at the Quartermaine abode — including Nina (Cynthia Watros), Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Carly (Laura Wright), and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) — reacting with complete surprise to a scene unfolding on the television before them, and overlapping, inlaid dialogue including someone frantically calling in “Officer Down!” and Ms. Spencer admonishing some “Son of a –!”
