General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 18th, 2024, tease Sam is laid to rest, Lulu comes to life, and several players have a whole lot of drama in their lives.
General Hospital Spoilers
Monday, November 18th
Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is looking for a reason to stay in Port Charles (because apparently his kid isn’t enough of a reason) and it looks like he gets it. He’s about to get an unexpected offer that could set him on a whole new path. Will he finally settle in and start truly feeling at home?
Meanwhile, TJ (Tajh Bellow) tries in vain to get close to his lady love. There are walls between him and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and he’s desperate to tear them down and get back to the way things were. Can they find their way back to each other and the love they share?
Tuesday, November 19th
Make sure you have lots of tissues ready because Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) funeral will be emotional. Her friends and family gather to say their final goodbye and the tears will fall. Sam’s death continues to send shockwaves through the town and everyone misses her more than words can say.
It won’t be all doom and gloom, though. As one family says goodbye another gets their miracle. Alexis Havins debuts as Lulu as she opens her eyes for the first time since falling into the coma. This is a moment of true relief as Sam’s death was truly not in vain.

Wednesday, November 20th
General Hospital spoilers promise some sweet scenes between Jason (Steve Burton) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). The father and son have a heart-to-heart about what life will look like now. Jason has some big decisions to make about his and Danny’s life, including where his son is going to live.
Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) decide some swift justice is in order. Does this mean they’re going to target Lucas (Van Hansis)? He was the one in the operating room and they need someone to blame. And, if not Lucas, then who? Will they try going after the hospital? Keep a close eye on this storyline!
Thursday, November 21st
Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) has a surprise for Trina (Tabyana Ali). The young man is out to impress her and this is sure to get her attention. Will this prove his worth, though? Trina likes people who are driven, organized, and considerate. She’s not exactly the type to fall for a jock…or is she?
That same day we’ll see Michael (Chad Duell) turn to Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) again. He’s hurting over Willow’s affair with Drew while not thinking much about his own bedroom romp with Sasha. Maybe this conversation will bring his own guilt to the surface.

Friday, November 22nd
Speaking of Sasha, she could use someone to lean on right now. Unfortunately, neither of her parents decided to stick around to be there for her. Thankfully, Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) are happy to fill the void. They’ll be there for their friend’s daughter while they’re off on their rogue mission.
As the week comes to an end, Molly delivers another crushing blow to Kristina…as if she needs to suffer another hit. Kristina is certainly going through it this year and her troubles are far from over.
