The Young and the Restless spoilers for July 24th, tease Victor promises to honor Katherine the best way he knows how — by protecting her company at all costs!

Billy (Jason Thompson) is coming close to getting what he wants…his family name on Chancellor’s signage. He can’t wait to honor himself…err…his mother by slapping Abbott onto the title and diving feet first into the venture. Too bad his plans may go bust, all thanks to The Great Victor Newman!

Victor (Eric Braeden) doesn’t like this whole idea of Billy doing damage to Katherine’s legacy. He sat back while Jill (Jess Walton) and Billy merged with Winters. He couldn’t do much about that. But, he’ll be damned if he’s going to sit back and let the company become Billy-Boy’s personal playground. Victor is aiming to get Chancellor under the Newman umbrella if it’s the last thing he’ll ever do!

At the same time, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) lays into Adam (Mark Grossman). This is going to be a sibling showdown like never before. Victoria wants to know exactly what Adam’s roll is in all this and what he plans to do in the future. She doesn’t like Adam being involved in the family business at all, never mind him getting even closer to their daddy. What Victoria doesn’t realize is, Adam is just as in the dark as she is.

Also coming up on The Young and the Restless, Devon (Bryton James) thinks it’s high time to kick his love story with Abby (Melissa Ordway) into high gear. They share a child, an apartment, an office, and a life. Why not make things official? Is she ready for marriage? He sure is!
