This week’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap for the week of June 17th featured Katie taking Poppy to task, Ridge rocking the boat at Forrester, Brooke setting her daughter straight, and so much more!

Monday, June 17th

Like all good grandmas, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Logan) brought over soup for her sick granddaughter. However, Beth became the least of her worries once she got talking with Hope (Annika Noelle). It was clear Hope was obsessing over Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Brooke did her best to stomp that out. It didn’t work.

Over at the office, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) urged Steffy to see the bright side of Brooke being back front and center. Steffy wasn’t good with it, but she changed the subject to Hope’s close relationship with Finn (Tanner Novlan). Ridge didn’t believe Hope had that much pull for Finn, but Steffy insisted.

As for Finn, he was at Il Giardino talking things over with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and Deacon (Sean Kanan). He looked at the wedding photos with them before dropping the bomb that he was standing by Steffy and her wishes.

Later, Sheila ranted about Steffy while Finn went to see his wife. He promised that Sheila nor Hope would ever be a problem for their marriage. Back at the restaurant, Brooke showed up to tell Deacon all about their daughter’s crush…which Sheila sure enjoyed overhearing.

Tuesday, June 18th

Brooke and Deacon continued their conversation about Hope. Brooke wanted Deacon to keep their daughter’s secret but also keep an eye on her and Finn. They have to stop Hope from doing something she’ll regret. All the while, Sheila listened in. She waited for Brooke to leave before swooping in and trying to get the tea.

Deacon tried to warn his new bride away from pushing into Finn and Steffy’s family. It wouldn’t do her any good to be overbearing. Sheila didn’t like that idea at all. In fact, she wondered what her life would be like if Finn was with someone who accepted her (ahem, Hope…).

As for Hope, she was at the office having it out with Steffy over Finn. Steffy warned her to keep her distance, or else! Little did Steffy know, Hope would soon be the least of her worries. Ridge called a company meeting where he announced his intentions to install Brooke in his spot!

Wednesday, June 19th

Steffy fought back against her father’s wishes. How dare he even think to put a Logan in power?! The meeting turned into a bit of a battlefield between Steffy, Brooke, and Hope. In the end, it was Steffy who came out the losing end when Brooke accepted the position despite all the objections and tantrums.

Also on this episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Li (Naomi Matsuda) was treated to a visit from her sister. It wasn’t much of a treat, actually. Poppy (Romy Park) was there to make amends but Li was not having it.

As for Bill, he had a heart-to-heart with Katie (Heather Tom), who admitted she was having mixed feelings about Poppy and Bill’s new family. She was shaken not only by Dollar Bill discovering another long-lost child but playing family with Poppy and Luna (Lisa Yamada).

Thursday, June 20th

Deacon (Sean Kanan) dropped a hot bombshell on his bride. He was whisking her away for a honeymoon! How romantic! Things grew a bit tense when Deacon and Sheila talked about Finn. She was upset she wasn’t part of Finn’s family but Deacon reminded her of her past. Tom overheard and offered up some advice to his new boss.

Katie and Poppy tried to one-up each other as the leading woman in Bill’s life. Katie reminded her of her and Bill’s history. Poppy reminded her that she was his present. Thankfully, Dollar Bill showed up before things got heated.

Speaking of heat, things got fiery at Forrester Creations. Steffy, blindsided by Ridge’s move, took issue with the whole thing. Too bad, though, Brooke was in and Steffy would have to deal with it. Later, Finn dropped by and Steffy gave him an update. Across the hall, Brooke laid into Hope about her crush on Finn.

Friday, June 21st

The Bold and the Beautiful ended the week with some tension between Sheila and Tom (Clint Howard). No sooner did they clear the air than Tom went to serve Poppy (Romy Park) and Bill (Don Diamont). As it turned out, he had tension with Poppy too. It seems they may even know each other.

Brooke had yet another talk with Hope about her crush on Finn. She swore it would go no further than her fantasy and their friendship. Before long, Ridge joined them in the design room and Hope cried about feeling lost since Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) left town.

Hope went to the main office to be alone with her thoughts and lick her wounds. Minutes later, there was a knock at the door and Douglas ran in and hugged his mom. He was closely followed by Thomas who smiled as he said hello to Hope.
