This week’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap for April 1 – 5, 2024, featured a sad memorial, an upset lover, Liam pushing buttons, Lauren visiting, a twist that had Deacon literally screaming, and more.
Monday, April 1
Liam (Scott Clifton) offered up his support to Hope (Annika Noelle) and heard all about Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) going on the attack…and Douglas turning on her…. Finn (Tanner Novlan) decried Steffi’s position in regard to Hope and Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) split…. Luna (Lisa Yamada) found herself in an awkward position when RJ (Joshua Hoffman) suggested she and Zende (Delon de Metz) work closer together.
Tuesday, April 2
Deacon (Sean Karan) made arrangements for Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) memorial service and shared them with Hollis (Hollis W. Chambers) and later, the Logan sisters. The ladies tried to warn him away from inviting Hope and Finn, but he didn’t listen…. Finn and Steffy argued over his desire to attend the event…. Hope resolved to put in an appearance for Deacon’s sake.
Wednesday, April 3
Deacon and Hollis readied Il Giardino for Sheila’s memorial service…. Deacon said a private farewell to Sheila…. Steffy accepted Finn’s decision to attend the service…. Steffy and Liam discussed the event amongst themselves…. Deacon was heartened when Hope and Finn put in an appearance.
Thursday, April 4
Lauren (Tracey Bradman) dropped by the Forrester mansion to visit Eric (John McCook) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis). They discussed his health and Sheila’s death and toasted to a life without the She-Devil in it…. Liam tried to get Steffy riled up over Finn’s presence at the memorial but she refused to bite…. Finn bid his mother adieu.
Friday, April 5
The funeral wrapped up with Deacon leaving with Sheila’s body to the crematorium. Finn and Hope stayed behind to talk…and Finn pressed her to give up on Thomas and make things right with Liam. As for Liam, he and Steffy discussed Hope’s involvement in the memorial and Steffy’s hope that her rival finds true love. Meanwhile, Lauren and Eric toasted Sheila’s death….and then Lauren headed over to see Steffy.
Meanwhile, at the crematorium, Deacon said goodbye to Sheila one more time and talked Carl into letting him push the incinerator button. Once he did, the body went into the oven, the sheet came off Sheila’s feet and Deacon realized Sheila wasn’t Sheila at all!
