The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for December 7, 2023, promise a grand soiree in full swing while Finn is busy at work elsewhere.
Eric’s Grand Finale Soiree
Eric (John McCook) had no time to waste when planning his grand soiree. In fact, it looks like the whole thing is put together in less than 24 hours. Thorne (Winsor Harmon) even flies in from Europe for the occasion and Bridget (Ashley Jones) puts in an appearance because she lives in Los Angeles anyway. We just never see her.
Kristen, Rick, and Felicia are on safari and can’t make it in time, but they don’t know their father is allegedly dying, so they can’t be faulted. It’s not like Eric has told his actual blood relations what is happening because he has too much pride.
Eric makes sure to spend some private alone time with his loved ones and family members so he can remember his last moments with each of them. Too bad they are all lying to one another about something and none of the moments can be completely honest.
Speaking of big lies, a big truth is about to come out that can change everything about Eric’s last days, but not if Donna (Jennifer Gareis) has anything to do with it. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) might have some things to answer to.
Does Finn Find Something?
Meanwhile, Finn (Tanner Novlan) skips the soiree in favor of his office at the hospital and a laptop. When Li (Naomi Matsuda) finds him there she wonders why he is doing research and not with his wife at this big Forrester party. He tells her that he promised Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) he would go over Eric’s medical records, which he thinks takes precedence right now.
Will Finn discover something about Eric’s condition that everyone else missed? It’s not like we even know what disease Eric has. He also never sought out a second opinion, never had additional tests run, and has been refusing treatment.
Perhaps Eric isn’t dying after all and Finn will be the one to save him. Does that mean there will be more grand finales and soirees to come?
