Johnny DiMera is currently messing up his near-perfect life on Days of our Lives and we don’t think he’s done with the destruction. We predict he’s about to go on a downward spiral that starts with a drink and ends with a baby!
Johnny’s Days of our Lives Dilemma
What should have been a fun surprise party turned bust when Johnny (Carson Boatman) showed everyone he doesn’t trust his wife. Chanel (Raven Bowens) hasn’t given him any reason to doubt her but one mistake led to another and Johnny was sure he saw something that he didn’t. Yes, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) was getting frisky in the hospital room, but it wasn’t with Johnny’s wife.
Now, Chanel is furious and she’s ready to leave that man in the dust. Johnny is walking on thin ice and he needs to give her space. Unfortunately, we think that space will be the reason Johnny does something that will change the course of his life forever.

Johnny DiMera’s Drunken Revenge Gone Wrong
We can see it all going down! Johnny hits up Small Bar to grab a drink to soothe his broken heart. He grabs a few strong shots and a mug of beer and tries to forget the pain of hurting his wife. Just as soon as his buzz gets good, Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) shows up and takes a seat right beside him.
These two pick up where they left off. They talk, they flirt, and they get pretty close in their drunken stupor. Before long, Joy is inviting him to her hotel room and Johnny is too inebriated to say no…not that he’d want to. He’s hurting and welcomes Joy’s distraction.
Unfortunately, this is the very worst move Johnny can make. Not only does he go back to Joy’s room for a nightcap but they end up in bed together! Oh, yes, there is a cheater in the DiMera marriage, but it’s not Chanel! Johnny does the unthinkable and completely betrays his marriage vows and disrespects his loving wife.
A Baby Mess
As if that’s not bad enough, a few short weeks down the road, Joy starts noticing she doesn’t feel right. She’s a little nauseous, a little bloated, and a little headachy. She goes to the doctor thinking she’s getting the flu and finds out her sickness has a nine-month incubation period. Surprise! She’s pregnant!
Obviously, Joy and Johnny won’t be able to hide the truth. It’ll all come out eventually and Chanel will blow a gasket. That fun stage slap she showed Joy how to do during her audition turns into a very real one when Chanel learns about the shocking affair and subsequent baby news!
