Five of Salem’s finest are taking it off for a special spread in an upcoming digital edition of Playgirl.

DAYS Hunks Strutting Their Stuff

Previously a print publication, Playgirl, long touted as a feminist response to Playboy and Penthouse, rebounded as a downloadable enterprise. And like its printed and bound predecessor, the new enterprise is taking advantage of the enduring popularity of soap hunks.

A soon-to-be-released issue will feature a whopping five male stars from Days of our Lives — Paul Telfer (Xander Cook), Bryan Dattilo (Lucas Horton), Robert Scott Wilson (Alex Kiriakis), Eric Martsolf (Brady Black), and Christopher Sean (ex-Paul Narita) — and what a stunning collection they make.

News of the shoots was first dropped via Playgirl‘s official Instagram. In the post, photographer Katie Levine posed with Wilson (whose * ahem * ensemble didn’t leave much to the imagination) and a caption teased, “Cooking up something epic…Coming this Spring.”

The Salem Five will join a roster of previous sudsers who posed for Playgirl that includes former DAYS star Jason Brooks (ex-Peter Blake), The Bold and the Beautiful’s Don Diamont (Bill Spencer), Ron Moss (ex-Ridge Forrester) and Winsor Harmon (ex-Thorne Forrester), and Jack Wagner, John J. York, Steve Bond, and Steve Burton, all of General Hospital fame.
