Monday, August 19th
The week kicks off with Jennifer (Cady McClain) anxiously waiting to see her daughter for the first time since Abigail’s (AnnaLynne McCord) faked death. This is a big moment for everyone involved. This isn’t the first time a member of the family has come back from the dead…heck, it’s not even Abigail’s first time…and she’s not quite sure what to expect.
Opposite this, we have Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) going absolutely feral on Ava (Tamara Braun) and Stefan (Brandon Barash). Their sordid secret affair has come to light and Gabi is furious. It’s not just that Stefan betrayed her, it’s that they’ve both lied to her face this entire time. How dare Ava be buddy-buddy at the office? How dare Stefan sleep soundly beside her? How dare they!
Tuesday, August 20th
It’s the beginning of the ultimate end for Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Theresa’s (Emily O’Brien) short and shady love story. Justin (Wally Kurth) stops by to see Alex and bring him annulment papers. They were only married for a hot second so this should be cut and dry. Plus, the bride is behind bars and doesn’t exactly have a legal leg to stand on right now.
That same day expect for fun antics between Leo (Greg Rikaart) and Hattie (Deidre Hall). Poor Leo still doesn’t know his favorite doctor has a doppelgänger and is fairly certain Marlena is off her rocker. Will he finally learn the truth about his new friend?
Wednesday, August 21st
It’s a moment of truth for Brady (Eric Martsolf) on this episode of Days of our Lives when he realizes he may have committed a horrifying crime. Will this be the wake-up call to put down the bottle and get himself to a meeting? Brady keeps getting blackout drunk and if he can’t remember what happened that’s a surefire sign his boozy ways have gone way, way too far.
Speaking of that crime, Jada (Elia Cantu) gets one step closer to bringing in the hit-and-run driver who struck down Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). The poor woman didn’t even get to have her honeymoon before being rushed to the hospital fighting for her life. Jada wants justice and she’s ready to make an arrest!
Thursday, August 22nd
It’s an interesting day for EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) when he comes face to face with his newest housemate. How will he react to seeing Abigail? Will he be excited? Will he try to get into her good graces since she won’t remember who he is? EJ is always one to stir the pot and take full advantage of every situation.
Across town, Killer Connie (Julie Dove) prepares to kill again. This maniac murderess is putting a target on Melinda’s (Tina Huang) back. She has the legal eagle in her sights and she’s good and ready to silence her once and for all! Will Melinda fight back and win this battle or succumb to Connie’s attack?
Friday, August 23rd
With the cops on the case and the evidence pouring in, Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) and Brady go into overdrive covering their tracks and burying their secret. They can’t let it get out that Fiona was the driver of the car that struck down her own son’s wife. They may regret this, though, all secrets have a way of coming out eventually.
The week ends with great news for Chad (Billy Flynn) when Abigail has a flashback (read Billy Flynn’s thoughts on the story). It may only be one simple memory but it’s more than before and it gives Chad hope for their future. More than anything, Chad wants his wife back…mind, body, and soul.
