Days of our Lives spoilers for the week of August 26th, 2024, tease that honesty isn’t always the best policy — especially when the consequences are dire.
Days of our Lives Spoilers
Monday, August 26th
The week kicks off with Holly (Ashley Puzemis) putting Tate (Leo Howard) on the spot where Sophia’s (Madelyn Kientz) sexual advances are concerned. She’s already all in her head after her former bestie turned bully more than insinuated that what Tate wanted was a worldly woman who knew all about the horizontal tango, and catching her feller with a half-dressed Soph hasn’t helped matters one iota.
Elsewhere, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) sidles up to Chad (Billy Flynn) and shares her suspicions about Abigail (AnnaLynne McCord). Now, it’s not so much that she thinks the woman isn’t the genuine article, it’s just that she’s pretty sure she isn’t. After all, it takes a con woman to know a con woman.
Tuesday, August 27th
Of their blended brood, the one who tends to give John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) the most worry is Brady (Eric Martsolf). So, it should come as no surprise that the two spend the episode worrying about him and his shady behavior as of late.
And speaking of Brady, he gets a real eye-opener when Tate comes clean about where he’s been lo these many months. Here’s a hint pops: it ain’t lacrosse camp!
Wednesday, August 28th
Hump Day sees a despondent Brady surrendering himself to the local cop shop and confessing his crime to Jada (Elia Cantu). Well, make that, the crime he thinks he committed.
Ironically, just as the words come flying out of Brady’s mouth, Justin (Wally Kurth) gets an earful of Fiona’s (Serena Scott Thomas) public soliloquy…one that just might incriminate her to the hilt and clear Brady’s name. (Note to soap opera villains in general and villains on Days of our Lives in particular: STOP TALKING ABOUT YOUR MISDEEDS WHERE EVERY TOM, DICK, AND HARRY CAN OVERHEAR YOU! They should have covered this in Villainy 101.)
Thursday, August 29th
Having had a long, hard think, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) has decided to really stick it to Stefan (Brandon Barash) — and to achieve that goal, she’s going to hit him where it really hurts: the wallet!
Meanwhile, Chad finds himself forced to do some fancy footwork (and tell a few out-and-out lies) in order to keep “Abigail’s” return a secret from precocious Thomas (Cary Christopher).
Friday, August 30th
The week concludes with Connie (Julie Dove) putting Ava (Tamara Braun) on notice: badmouth her to her detriment, and Jada bringing Everett’s ashes (but are they really?) to Stephanie (Abigail Klein). (What a lovely gift Commish, but next time flowers will suffice!)
