The Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, February 9, 2024, tease imminent intimate time, apologies issued, and so much more.
Previously On DAYS: Stephanie admitted to Everett she’s falling in love again. Meanwhile, Sloan griped about Eric paying more attention to the baby than her. Across town, John explained to Steve about his troubles with Konstantin while Steve lied straight to his face. Finally, Harris paid Clyde a visit but it didn’t do much to solve anything. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
The Heart (And Libido) Wants What (And Who) It Wants
Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) have been taking things slow as of late. Glacially some might say. Too slow might opine others. Even the nascent love birds themselves have a problem with the speed at which things are progressing. Or, not progressing, as the case may be.
Is there a reason for their caution? Yes. Namely, the number of times they’ve made up and broken up. They want to make sure that they nail it this time. Pun intended.
However, despite their best efforts, Xander and Sarah might not be able to keep their passions at bay for much longer. The sexual tension is mounting, and, as the saying goes, resistance is futile.
Kiss And Makeup
When last the trio parted, it wasn’t on the best of terms. Tripp (Lucas Adams) was seeing red after catching sight of a half-naked Stefan (Brandon Barash), and Wendy (Victoria Grace), still smarting after that interrogation, found herself having to referee the men plus a screeching Ava (Tamara Braun). Expect unavoidable awkwardness when the couple tries to clear the air with their apartment mate. Ava’s not exactly one to take apologies at face value.
Adult Conversation
While previous nights have consisted of raucous rounds of “Truth or Dare” and passionate lovemaking, look for Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Theresa (Emily O’Brien) to use their latest evening to have a serious convo about addition.
Out And About
The last person that Kate (Lauren Koslow) expects to run into while she’s out and about is her middle son, but there is Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), in public, and without so much as a convincing disguise. What in the world is he thinking? Does he want to get spotted by one of Clyde’s minions? Is being cooped up in that room above the Brady Pub that depressing?
What say you? Are you ready for Xander and Sarah to reunite, or has that ‘ship sailed? Does Lucas deserve a reprimand for putting himself — and his family — in danger? Hit the comments and SOUND OFF.
