Michael Easton has come and gone from General Hospital several times over the years. It seems his most recent run as Dr. Hamilton Finn is coming to an end in the next few weeks. The actor has filmed his final scenes at the sudser.

Michael Easton Bids Port Charles Goodbye

Michael Easton took to Instagram to share the news that the doctor is out. He had just finished his final taping and was leaving the lot for the last time (or is it the last time?). In the video he thanked fans for all their love and support and explained he didn’t want to simply exit the show without saying goodbye.

What does this mean for the future of the Chase family? Currently, Finn is drinking himself into a dark place and Chase (Joshua Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are gearing up to fight for custody of Violet (Jophielle Love). Will the little girl stay on the show after her TV daddy leaves? Is Finn leaving for rehab or will the character face a horrific fate?
