Given B&B’s history, new characters rarely arrive without an agenda, especially when they’re immediately linked to one of the core families. Could Darcy be the next Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) in terms of causing chaos, or perhaps a more subtle, manipulative force like a younger Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) before she found her footing? My money is on her trying to worm her way into Spencer Publications, or perhaps even setting her sights on Bill himself.
