Sheila’s murder is hitting Finn all the wrong ways on The Bold and the Beautiful. Steffy did what had to be done to defend herself and she won the battle, but she’s going to lose a war. Finn is going to do the unthinkable and ruin all their lives.

A Very Messy Man

Finn (Tanner Novlan) promised to always be on Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), especially when it comes to his mother. He promised to protect her, to put their family first, and to defend her to the death. Well, Finn opted to stay at work and talk to Hope (Annika Noelle) instead of going home when Steffy all but begged him to. Now, his mother is dead and his wife is traumatized.

And, what does Finn do in light of this tragedy? Does he stand by his wife who was in a kill-or-be-killed situation after Sheila broke into their home to murder her? No. No, he does not. He blames Steffy, scolds Steffy, and disappears to mourn his dearly departed mother who once shot him and left him for dead in an alley.

As if that’s not enough, he calls Hope for support. She’ll be more than happy to provide him with a shoulder to lean on. She does like Finn a whole lot and speaks a little too highly of him every time his name is brought up.

The Worst Mistake Of All

Oh, sure, things will start innocently enough. Finn will cry, Hope will offer up a hug, and when they start pulling away, the hug will stop but the kissing will begin! It’ll be a fury of grief and lust and messy feelings. Within minutes the clothes will be off and Finn and Hope will be all over each other.

Does it matter that he’s married? Not right now. Does it matter that Hope claims to love Thomas (Matthew Atkinson)? Not so much. At least not at the moment. Afterward, though, these two will be in one heck of a state when the gravity of the situation hits them.
