Ahoy-hoy, Captain! Jack Wagner is set to return to The Bold and the Beautiful as Nick Marone this summer.

Per Deadline, the actor/singer reported for duty on Thursday, April 10 — and according to the outlet, this will be no mere drive-by. Wagner’s first episode back is scheduled for June 13 and will kick off a long-term arc.

“After a series of tumultuous events in her ongoing relationship with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is feeling defeated and lost, grappling with heartbreak and the painful realization that her relationship may be irreparably broken,” reads the official CBS logline.

“As she struggles with her emotions, Nick’s unexpected arrival brings a rush of memories and unresolved feelings back to the surface. His charismatic and supportive nature offers Brooke a sense of comfort and stability that she desperately needs. Their connection reignites old flames, offering Brooke a chance at happiness and a fresh start away from the shadow of her past with Ridge.”

Already an alum of General Hospital, Santa Barbara, and Melrose Place, Wagner joined “the high-glam soap about L.A.’s fashionable and fertile Forrester clan” in 2003. His salty seadog alter-ego remained in contention for Brooke’s affection for nearly a decade — between his dalliances with her daughter Bridget, sisters Katie and Donna (!), perennial rival Taylor, and former sister-in-law Felicia — and in constant conflict with half-brother Ridge.

Wanger last appeared during a celebratory, Brook-centric special episode that aired on March 24, 2022. The reprisal comes at a most auspicious time for B&B, as the Tiffany Network recently renewed it for three seasons, ensuring its position through the 2027-2028 season.
