Krista Allen left the role of Taylor Hayes on The Bold and the Beautiful last year. Since then, she’s laid low and taken a break from being on screen. But now an offer has piqued her interest.
The Road To Reality?
The daytime star took to X (formerly Twitter) to talk to fans about a recent call she had about coming onto the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta! Is she ready to make the jump to reality tv? Krista isn’t so sure and decided to talk it out with fans.
“I got a very cryptic call today,” began her post. “Can’t go into much because it was just some basic questions. But, I’m intrigued. … does anyone watch #RHOA? Tell me all you know!!”

This prompted several conversations in her comments section. She opened up about her excitement, and her hesitation. One user reached out to warn Krista of all the drama on the sets of the Real Housewives franchise.
“I’m not doing any jumping!” she responded. “There’s alot going on with opportunities. but this call was so wild! I think it’s pretty intense to do a show like that and I’m not sure my neurodivergent brain could function!”

And then, in another, she responded to a fan’s thoughts on the show. RHOA is doing a complete reboot, and she wasn’t surprised the show reached out to the actress.
“That’s what I was told!! feel like I’d just end up being the villain so that could be fun.”

Krista wouldn’t be the first daytime diva to appear in the franchise. Lisa Rinna (ex-Billie, DAYS), Eileen Davidson (Ashley, Y&R), and Denise Richards (ex-Shauna, B&B) all made a huge splash on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
