Today’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 15, 2023, details the Logan sisters giving Hope some news and people continuing to lie to Eric.

Another Logan Learns Eric Is Dying

Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie (Heather Tom) tried to get Eric (John McCook) to relax, but he insisted on going into the office to design more clothing. After all, in his mind, he won the fashion challenge so he was still at the top of his game. Before he could leave, a coughing fit came on, followed by Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) arrival. Eric tried to pretend he only had a cough since Eric didn’t realize Brooke knew the truth about his condition.

When Eric finally walked out, Brooke told Donna and Katie that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) had broken the news to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). Donna was horrified that Ridge told anyone because Eric didn’t want people to know. Brooke assured her that the kids wouldn’t say a word.

Hope soon arrived to talk to Eric about Hope For The Future and immediately knew something was wrong. Donna gave Brooke permission to tell her what was going on, so she spilled the beans about Eric’s condition.

Hope was in a state of shock at the news and didn’t understand how this could be. Donna explained Eric’s symptoms, RJ’s (Joshua Hoffman) involvement, and how Eric didn’t want anyone to know he was sick. Hope wasn’t sure how she could keep such a thing a secret. Katie insisted that they honor Eric’s wishes.

The Forresters Keep Up Appearances

Ridge and his adult kids remained a wreck over the news of Eric’s diagnosis. If Steffy only knew, she wouldn’t have left town and spent more time with him. Thomas had no idea how they were going to keep their knowledge a secret.

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) interrupted them seeking answers. Why did Ridge lie about Eric winning the challenge when they both know Ridge came out on top? The more Carter pushed, the more Ridge realized he needed to tell Carter the truth. However, he didn’t get the chance because Eric arrived to complain about everyone using his office. He just wanted nobody to sit behind his desk.

While Thomas and Steffy tried to keep the news to themselves, Thomas reminisced about how Eric helped inspire him to design by helping him with an art project for school. Eric remembered the story well and seemed in excellent spirits as his family nearly fell apart around him.
