The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Loses It Over Thomas’s Big Proposal

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for January 30, 2024, promise a big day for Thomas and Hope as Brooke reacts to some news in a very Brooke way.

Brooke Is Beside Herself

Hope (Annika Noelle) didn’t think she could get away with fingering that ring on the chain around her neck forever without Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) noticing, right? Because that is exactly what happens as Brooke and Hope once again discuss Thomas and Brooke once again has to deal with the fact that Thomas isn’t going anywhere. Hope wants a relationship with the man and that is that.

Brooke can’t handle the fact that Hope would want to be with a man who loves her and only her because what’s the fun in that? Brooke has only been fighting for Ridge’s divided heart for more than 30 years so it’s all she knows. What will Hope do with her life if she isn’t fighting Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for Liam’s (Scott Clifton) affection until the end of time?

Ridge does not think like his former and future wife. He is happy for Hope and Thomas as long as they are happy. When Brooke and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) discuss the matter, the tension can be cut with a knife. Ridge tries to not get angry as Brooke chastises his son as she always does. Ridge knows that Thomas has changed. Hope knows that Thomas has changed. So, why can’t Brooke just accept the fact that therapy really can make a difference for people?

Luna Makes Demands

While Brooke and Ridge argue in Eric’s (John McCook) office, the design office is a place of contention for Luna (Lisa Yamada) and Poppy (Romy Park) as Luna seeks to know more about her mother’s past. When she asked about Bill (Don Diamont) being her father, all Poppy could do was give a cagey answer, but that is not good enough for Luna.

The young woman is more suspicious than ever that her mother is harboring explosive secrets that could explain just why Li (Naomi Matsuda) and Poppy seem to be mortal enemies. Also, does this secret have anything to do with those magic mints?
