The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, May 13, 2024, tease the foundation of Finn and Steffy’s marriage is about to crumble beneath them.

Previously On B&B: Sheila finally showed her face…and laughed at Li’s horror. This started a verbal sparring match where Sheila bragged about HER son saving her. Li quickly reached her breaking point and went on the attack. Thankfully, the nurse and Deacon heard the screaming and broke up the fight before it went too far. The nurse held Li back as she threatened over and over to kill Sheila with her own hands. Meanwhile, Steffy treated Finn like he was delusional…until Finn assured her he was not. His mother is very much alive, it’s very much a miracle, and he’s very much happy about it. Steffy nearly lost it. When the truth finally hit her, poor Steffy was stunned and overwhelmed. Over at the Forrester office, Ridge, Liam, and Hope went over all the details of Sugar and Sheila. Liam confirmed Sugar was released from jail a short while ago and the men finally believed her. And, they vowed to protect Steffy and the kids at all costs, especially because they all knew Finn wouldn’t. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.

Broken Bonds

Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) miraculous return has Finn (Tanner Novlan) beaming rays of sunshine inside. His mother is back, she’s a reformed woman, and he can’t wait to restart a life with her. He’s genuinely happy and quite content. It’s just too bad his wife isn’t on board.

Saying Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is upset is an understatement. She’s beyond angry and can’t even look her husband in the eye. How dare he choose the woman who shot them and left them for dead?! Well, if he wants his mommy, he can have her! But, he can’t have Steffy, too.

As for Sheila, she’s enjoying her rekindled romance with Deacon (Sean Kanan) but is also worried for her future. She wants to be part of the crowd pretty badly but is well aware her past (and toying with Li) speaks volumes about her character. She’s presented herself as a reformed lady one too many times and she may never have stable friendships in this town outside of her main man.

She has an uphill battle if she wants to prove herself. Finn may want her in his life, but Steffy gets a big say in whether or not she’ll ever be around her precious grandson, Hayes. Without Steffy’s blessing, forgiveness, and understanding, can she really make a new life in Los Angeles?
