Or, and this is my long-shot prediction, could it be the DA’s office, finally catching up to one of his numerous questionable dealings? EJ always has multiple irons in the fire, and one of them is bound to get too hot. This grilling could lead to a major revelation, further complicating his relationship with Nicole, or even setting the stage for another epic DiMera family feud. No matter who’s doing the questioning, EJ will undoubtedly handle it with his characteristic blend of arrogance and strategic evasion. But will it be enough this time?
