EJ isn’t exactly putting his best foot forward on Days of our Lives. In fact, he’s dragging both feet when it comes to alerting Nicole (Arianne Zucker) that her baby is alive and well and in Sloan’s (Jessica Serfaty) all because he wants to be sure who sired the tyke — him, or love rival Eric (Greg Vaughan). But Daniel Feuerriegel thinks there’s hope yet for his alter-ego.

Dan Feuerriegel Talks Hypotheticals

“Obviously it all depends on how he handles it,” the actor grants Soaps.sheknows. “And how it comes out. I think how it comes out is probably the most important. And then from there how he handled it.

“If he handles it with maturity, with grace, then yes, I definitely think that Nicole and EJ can have a very fruitful future. It all depends on how he reacts and what he feels is the best option.”

Unfortunately for all parties involved — save Sloan — EJ hasn’t exactly proven himself to be mature or graceful in the past.

Do you foresee EJ doing the right and honorable thing and reuniting Nicole with her son, his paternity be damned? Let us know in the comments section below.
