Monday, August 12th
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) stormed off intent of confronting and calling out Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Ava (Tamara) then thought better of it. She wants irrefutable proof before she makes a move…. Hattie (Deidre Hall) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) spend an enjoyable evening together watching RuPaul’s Drag Race without a clue as to who the other is.
With Johnny’s (Carson Boatman) support, Bonnie (Judi Evans) nailed her audition for Cassandra Loved. Abe (James Reynolds) hired her on the spot much to Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) chagrin.
Tuesday, August 13th
Xander (Paul Telfer), Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), and Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) celebrated Xander and Sarah’s nuptials. Fiona secretly swigged some champagne and pleaded ignorance when Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) name was broached. Later, she made her exit and joined Brady at Small Bar; both got well and truly sloshed.
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) tried to interest Tate (Leo Howard) in taking their relationship to the next (intimate) level, but he insisted that things were moving much to fast…. Jack (Matthew Ashford) asked Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) to perform a DNA test of the mystery femme. Kayla administered the test. Jack phoned Jennifer Rose (Cady McClain) with an update…. Chad (Billy Flynn) tried to trigger memories in the blonde amnesiac.
Maggie noticed that the keys to the Horton Cabin were missing. Sarah attempted a mad dash back to the manse only to be run over by Fiona driving Brady’s car.
Wednesday, August 14th
A horrified Fiona checked on Sarah, then decided to do a runner when she heard Xander approach. Xander discovered his beloved and made a frantic call to 9-1-1…. The DNA results indicate that the mystery woman is a 50% genetic match to Jack. Chad convinced “Abigail” to return with him to the DiMera mansion.
Hattie delighted in the time she spent with Leo. Leo, for his part, grew puzzled over “Marlena’s” actions…. John (Drake Hogestyn) was given the all-clear by doctors. He and Marlena shared an awkward cross with Leo…. Fiona deposited Brady and his car back at the penthouse. Xander phoned his mother and declared that he needed her.
Thursday, August 15th
Brady awoke strapped in the driver’s seat of his car; he wondered whether he drove home from Small Bar drunk. He’s greeted by a concerned Rachel (Finley Rose Slater)…. Jada (Elia Cantu) heads the investigation into Sarah’s hit and run…. Marlena filled Brady in on Sarah’s plight…. Sarah awakened from surgery and realized that she couldn’t feel her legs!
Friday, August 16th
Melinda (Tina Huang) informed Ava that Connie’s entire resume was a tissue of lies and resolved to fire her from DiMera Enterprises — but when Melinda confronted her, Connie refused to accept the termination…. Gabi manipulated Kristen into admitting that Stefan and Ava did indeed sleep together…. Gabi confronted Stefan and Ava with the truth.
Jack filled Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) in on the DNA test while Chad did the same with a disbelieving Stefan. Both men agreed to keep mum about Stefan and “Gabbi’s’ sordid history… Jennifer (Cady McClain) returned to Salem intent on seeing her daughter…. “Abigail” phoned a person unknown and relayed that, “Everything is going according to plan.”
