Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, May 10, 2024, tease Chanel and Johnny have a serious talk about her pregnancy. Are they still on the same page?
Previously On DAYS: Xander gave Sarah an early Mother’s Day present before taking off to confront Stefan. The DiMera baddie swore he didn’t set Xander up but one little slip-up proved otherwise. Sarah was treated to a visit from Konstantin who tried to butter her up (just after getting turned down for a Greek honeymoon by Maggie). Sarah was kind but firm about not liking him much. Meanwhile, Steve, Marlena, and John told Maggie everything and she realized Konstantin was plotting to kill her for her money. She agreed to take part in their revenge plot. Additionally, Ava, Harris, and Stefan came up with a cover story of how Gil’s black book was found and Harris handed it over to Rafe and Jada. Later, he packed up to go on a mini-mission. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
A Gut-Wrenching Decision
Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) have a huge decision to make about their future. While Chanel is ready to take on this pregnancy and her baby no matter what challenges come their way, is Johnny (Carson Boatman)? Just days ago he was all for diving in with both feet, but then he had that talk with his dad. Did EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) change his mind? Chanel outright asks whether or not he wants this baby and his answer may shock her.
At the same time, Paulina (Jackée Harry) throws herself another pity party. It’s Mother’s Day and here she is feeling like the worst mother and grandmother int the world. In her bid to save Chanel, she may have severely hurt her child. She cries to Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and swears she’ll never ever forgive herself.
Honoring Mom
This day is sacred to Chad (Billy Flynn). He gets Thomas (Christopher Cary) ready and they head off to visit Abigail’s grave. They miss Abigail every single day and want to honor her in any way they can. She was a dedicated wife, a loving mother, and a great friend. There will never be another woman like her.
At the same time, Eric (Greg Vaughan) tries to make Sloan’s (Jessica Serfaty) very first Mother’s Day extra special. Their marriage has been rocky the past few weeks and he wants to get back to the way things were. Little does he know his wife is a lying liar who stole their baby from Nicole (Arianne Zucker).
Speaking of Nicole, she’ll be treated to dinner by EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Unfortunately, it’ won’t be the calm meal she’s promised. Tate (Leo Howard) and Theresa (Emily O’Brien) are at the cafe too and we’re sure none of these parents want to be in the same room.
