Though their own relationship is in tatters and probably damaged beyond repair, Eric (Greg Vaughan) takes it upon himself to corner Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and try and convince her to give Nicole a chance to really explain her side of things.
It’s not that he and his wife purposefully hid the truth regarding Danie’s death from Holly. It’s just that…well…there never really was a good time to broach the subject. First, Holly was too young to understand. Then there were all the times that Nicole was presumed dead and held hostage by some such villain. And then there were the times when Eric was out saving the world and neglecting his family. And then it just got easier to ignore the fact and keep on trucking.

But now that the whole sordid story is out in the open, Eric is hopeful that mother and daughter can reconcile and move past the stumbling block. (Which will prove to be easier said than done!)
Opposite, Sophia () finds herself in the position of having to console poor, lovelorn Tate (Leo Howard) — which could prove the perfect opportunity to make yet another move. Men are never more susceptible than when they’re emotional!
Meanwhile, Marlena (Deidre Hall) questions Brady (Eric Martsolf) about his feelings for Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). Is it possible that he still likes her? Maybe even still loves her?
Speaking of Kristen, look for her to stumble upon a promising opportunity. One that might prove mutually beneficial to herself, Brady, and his biggest detractors.
Finally, Days of our Lives spoilers have Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) urging Xander (Paul Telfer) to give up on his murderous vendetta against Brady. FAT CHANCE!
