Previously On DAYS: Sarah checked on Paulina, who was doing well, and then updated Abe. Her treatment was going great, but Paulina’s stress level was sky-high upon finding out EJ was holding a press conference soon. Meanwhile, Konstantin suggested to Maggie they get married, she said she’d look into extending his Visa. Xander overheard and did not like that at all. He told Sarah. Julie became overwhelmed by the chaos in the mansion and took off to the cabin…where she interrupted Johnny and Chanel’s honeymoon. Additionally, Thomas snooped around Konstantin’s room and found The Pawn card. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
Addressing The Public
EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) has a lot going on these days. He’s holding down the fort as the Salem D.A., his brother is charged with drug smuggling, his step-daughter just came out of a coma, and his family’s company is on the verge of collapse. People have questions and he has answers. He calls up the media for a press conference where he plans to drop a few huge bombs. This is going to be quite the frenzy!
At the same time, Stefan (Brandon Barash) lawyers up by hiring Sloan (Jessica Serfaty). This partnership could bode well for both of them. He needs a powerhouse legal eagle and she needs money. Lots and lots of money. Will she be able to get him off on all charges, though?
Snowed In
Over at the Horton cabin, Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) keep up the good cheer as their honeymoon goes a bit sideways. They adore Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and love her company, but it’s a bit awkward to have the Horton family matriarch third-wheeling their romantic vacation. Oh well, could be worse, right?
The trio make the best of their situation and spend some lovely time together. Why let a snowstorm and surprise visitor ruin a good time? Little do they know, their nice night will fall apart in just a few hours and panic will ensue. This is going to be a honeymoon no one will ever forget.
A Troubled Teen
Meanwhile, Tate (Leo Howard) gets quite the talking-to by his parents. This teen needs to start listening and stop rebelling. He may think Holly (Ashley Puzemis) is his friend but she’s not, at least not as far as Brady and Theresa are concerned. Tate nearly lost his freedom over this girl and they are not going to allow it to happen again.
