The Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 14, 2024, tease characters celebrating the special day with the ones that they love.

Previously On DAYS: Maggie welcomed Julie, Doug, Chad, and the kids into the Kiriakis mansion. Chad gave his phone to the cops which pointed the finger at Xander. Meanwhile, Sarah finally got what she wanted from Xander and even used the l-word! Their reunion didn’t last long before the cops busted down the door. Ava and Stefan stayed close to Harris, and each other, while the SPD worked to track down his shooter. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.

L.O.V.I.N.G

February 14th isn’t just a day for young lovers! Look for John (Drake Hogestyn) to treat Marlena (Deidre Hall) to a romantic picnic in the park, his little way of seeing in the holiday and reconnecting with his lady love following all the recent upheaval.

Meanwhile, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) take advantage of the day by reminiscing about their storied coupling. They’ll remember the good, the bad, the ugly, and the years they were forced apart by madmen and their madder machinations.

The Big Ask

Ever since that ring-sized box fell out of Alex’s (Robert Scott Wilson) pocket — which was a whole night previous mind you — Theresa (Emily O’Brien) has been convinced that her beau is ready to pop the question. What’s more, she’s ready to say yes. Yes, she’ll happily become Mrs. Alexander Neil Kiriakis. It’s all she’s ever wanted…ever since Brady (Eric Martsolf) made it clear she wouldn’t ever again become Mrs. Brady Black. The rub? Alex doesn’t seem in a hurry to propose. Good thing Theresa is a direct sorta lady.

Big Surprise

It just about broke Paulina’s (Jackée Harry) heart when Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) insisted on postponing their grand remarriage ceremony due to her surgery being scheduled on the same day. And though the youngsters promised that it wasn’t a big deal, Paulina couldn’t help but shoulder some blame.

But Mama Bear should never underestimate her cub or soon-to-be-cub-in-law. The two have whipped up quite the surprise for Paulina. One that involves a white dress, the exchanging of rings and the swapping of vows. Sounds very much like an impromptu wedding, no?
