News broke just over a month ago that legendary Days of our Lives star, Bill Hayes, passed away. Last week, Susan Seaforth Hayes honored her spouse with a powerful eulogy during his celebration of life (click here to watch). Now, the day after Valentine’s Day, she shared a special moment that will be with her forever.

An Eternal Love

Susan took to Instagram to share a picture of her and Bill during their last vacation and penned a beautiful post to share with the world. She also took time to thank her friends and followers for all their kind words over the past few weeks.

“Dear Friends,
This is a photo I treasure. My darling on our last trip to the opera. That’s LA’s city hall in the background and the performance was perfect.
Your kind thoughts and words flow over me with such support and affection I cannot thank each of you enough ♥️
I trust Bill Hayes will be long and well remembered, not just by his widow and family, but the wide world he loved. Bravo to us all! #BillHayes.”
