This week’s Days of our Lives recap for February 12 – 15, 2024, featured shock and awe, stabs at romance (some more successful than others), and more.

Monday, February 12

Kate (Lauren Koslow) clipped Lucas’s (Bryan Dattilo) would-be-assassin…. Despite Chad’s (Billy Flynn) best efforts, the Horton House burned to the ground. He, Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes), Doug (Bill Hayes), and the kids emerged from the fire unscathed and counted their blessings.

Ava (Tamara Braun) happened upon a grievously injured Harris (Steve Burton) and summoned help…. Chanel (Raven Bowens) joined Paulina (Jackée Harry) the night before her surgery…. Chad received a cryptic phone call warning him to give future threats more heed.

Tuesday, February 13

Ava and Stefan stayed close to Harris, and each other, while the SPD worked to track down his shooter. All evidence seemed to point Xander’s (Paul Telfer) way. The baddie was rounded up mere moments after he and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) reconnected in the physical sense with Sarah…. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) welcomed Julie, Doug, Chad, and the kids into the Kiriakis mansion.

Wednesday, February 14

Lovebirds Marlena and John walked down memory lane – as did Steve and Kayla…. Theresa impatiently awaited Alex’s proposal.

Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel are married in Paulina’s hospital room with Abe (James Reynolds) officiating and the patient giving the bride away and serving as Matron of Honor and Johnny’s “Best Person.”

Thursday, February 15

Chad filled Everett in on the details of the night before…. Stephanie invited Jada, and by extension, Rafe, to join her and Everett for dinner.

Brady (Eric Martsolf) visited Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) for Valentine’s Day and exploded when Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) suggested they explore the possibility of a relationship again. Rachel happened upon the argument and blasted both her parents.

Sarah chose to stand by her man even though all signs pointed to Xander’s guilt (including the discovery of the gun that wounded Harris)…. Ava prayed for Harris, and Stefan stuck close to her side.

Friday, February 16

Sloan’s (Jessica Serfaty) hope for a romantic night in with her hubby went to pot…. Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy (Victoria Grace) were spirited away by Officer Goldman (Christy St. John)…. EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) settled a still unconscious Holly into her upgraded room and took advantage of the lovers’ holiday.

Rafe and Jada exchanged Valentine’s Day presents before meeting with Stephanie and Everett. Jada was horrified to realize that Everett and her ex-husband Bobby were one in the same…. Theresa is horrified to realize that Alex has no intention of proposing to her.
