And let me tell you, these teasers promise classic DOOL drama – new trouble stirred up, unexpected alliances, and our favorite Salemites navigating treacherous waters!

Owen Sparks Trouble with Jeremy and Alex Kiriakis

Could he be linked to Alex’s many past romantic entanglements? Or perhaps someone from the Kiriakis empire looking to cause a rift? The possibilities are endless, and that’s what makes DOOL so utterly captivating!

And then there’s Alex Kiriakis. Bless his impulsive, Kiriakis-blooded heart! Robert Scott Wilson brings such a chaotic charm to Alex, who, let’s be honest, has a history of making questionable decisions, especially when his ego is on the line. Remember his ill-fated romances with Gwen (Emily O’Brien), Allie (Lindsay Arnold), and Theresa (Jen Lilley)? Alex is always striving to prove himself, often comparing himself to his late, legendary uncle Victor. If Owen is pushing him to his limits, we could see Alex revert to his more reckless tendencies. Will he lash out? Will he make a terrible mistake that could cost him dearly? Or, just maybe, will this be the catalyst for Alex to finally mature and learn from his past? A true Kiriakis, he’ll fight back, but how he chooses to do so will define his next chapter!

Stephanie Opens Up to Chanel: A Friendship Forged in Fire?

Moving on from the brewing Kiriakis storm, we hear that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) opens up to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). This is a storyline I’m particularly excited about! Stephanie, the strong, capable daughter of supercouple Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), has been through a lot lately. Her career at PR, her recent engagement to Chad (Billy Flynn), and the constant drama surrounding her parents have surely taken a toll. She’s always been one to project an image of strength, but even the strongest among us need a confidante.

Enter Chanel Dupree! Raven Bowens portrays Chanel with such a vibrant energy and a surprising depth. Despite her own tumultuous romantic history – caught between Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Allie – Chanel has proven to be a loyal friend and a good listener. This moment of vulnerability from Stephanie, and Chanel’s willingness to listen, feels genuine and important. In a town often defined by romantic triangles and family feuds, strong female friendships are a precious commodity. Will Chanel offer Stephanie some much-needed perspective? Or could this conversation lead them down an unexpected path, perhaps intertwining their lives in ways neither expected? I’m here for it!

Kate Roberts Brady Outmaneuvers Johnny DiMera

And now, for the moment I’ve been anticipating with glee: Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) outmaneuvers Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Oh, Kate! My absolute favorite Salem shark! Lauren Koslow is a masterclass in portraying a woman who is both fiercely loyal and utterly ruthless. Kate has outmaneuvered everyone from Victor Kiriakis to Stefano DiMera himself. She is a survivor, a brilliant businesswoman, and a protective matriarch who will stop at nothing to protect her loved ones, even if it means playing dirty.

Johnny, bless his passionate, sometimes naive DiMera heart, is a formidable opponent for most, but against Kate? That’s a whole different ballgame! Carson Boatman brings a wonderful intensity to Johnny, who has faced his own share of struggles, including that terrifying possession by the devil and his complicated love life with Chanel. Johnny is creative and driven, but he can be impulsive and easily swayed by his emotions. Kate, on the other hand, is pure, cold calculation.

What is Kate’s endgame? Is it about Paulina’s (Jackée Harry) health and her mayoral duties? Or is it about Johnny’s film career, perhaps trying to steer him away from a bad business deal or a shady associate? Could it even be about his relationship with Chanel, with Kate perhaps feeling protective of her step-granddaughter? Whatever her motive, you can bet Kate’s move against Johnny will be meticulously planned and executed with surgical precision. Johnny might think he’s a player, but Kate Roberts Brady wrote the rulebook for playing the game in Salem!
