General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 18th, 2024, tease Sonny learns another of his former inside men is turning to the bright side. And, yes, he’s going to lose his mind over the news!

Previously On GH: Alexis and Finn met up at an AA meeting and touched base on each other’s lives. He’s worried about his dad and she was excited about her legal hearing. They agreed to look out for each other. Liz and the kids got to Finn’s apartment. The boys cooked up a storm while Liz checked in on Gregory. Also cooking dinner was Chase. Brook Lynn took the opportunity to talk about money. They agreed to live a good life, but not like millionaires. They’d tuck her fortune away for safekeeping. Meanwhile, Anna and Laura discussed all the problems with Sonny and that he needs to face the consequences of his actions. Laura took that and ran with it…right to Cyrus. She convinced her brother to pursue charges. Additionally, Anna got an update on Dex’s progress. She was told he was a great prospect on paper…but was advised to turn him away.
Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.

How Dare He?!

Dex (Evan Hofer) is done with the mob life and ready to leave it all behind. He wants to work for the good guys now and be on the up-and-up. What’s wrong with that? Well, the problem is his old boss isn’t going to allow that.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) hears about Dex’s plan and he flips his lid. He can’t have another of his former right-hand men turning over a new leaf. What can he do about it, though? Well, plenty…especially since he’s becoming unglued.

Surprise!

Expect Jason (Steve Burton) to make Carly’s (Laura Wright) day when he gives her a special gift. Is he about to hand her back her shares in the Metro Court? And, if so, will Carly want it? She turned it down when Nina (Cynthia Watros) offered it up all those months ago. Maybe coming from Jason will be a little different.

Speaking of Nina, she and Drew (Cameron Mathison) get into yet another tiff. These two can’t seem to get along for any length of time before going for the throat. Will this screaming match turn sizzling hot again? They’ve already crossed the line from enemies to lovers so who’s to say?

Doing The Most

Leave it to Joss (Eden McCoy) to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong. She goes to Anna (Finola Hughes) and bombards her with a plea. What could she want? And, how will Anna respond? These tense scenes are definitely a must-see!

Opposite, Lois (Rena Sofer) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) have a mother-daughter heart-to-heart. With the wedding just around the corner will Lois offer up advice about married life? BLQ is going to make a beautiful bride, will she also make a great wife?
