General Hospital spoilers for for November 16, 2023, promise Cody’s confession, Ava’s fury, Molly’s heartache, and much more.

Cody’s Big Confession

While Cody (Josh Kelly) and Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) appearance on Home and Hearth was a smashing success, Sasha feels she can’t work with her friend because she’s developing feelings for him. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) knows that Cody will help sell product and does her best to change Sasha’s mind.

However, it might be Cody who gets through to Sasha. She cannot imagine falling for someone so soon after Brando (Johnny Wactor) and doesn’t want to get hurt again, but GH spoilers say that Cody comes clean. Does he finally tell Sasha that he has feelings for her, as well?

That might change her calculus on the dangers of working with him. Or, it may make her even more afraid to spend more time with Cody.

Drama For Dex And Sonny

Dex (Evan Hofer) once again witnesses Josslyn (Eden McCoy) with Adam (Joshua Benard) and can see that the young man really, really likes his girlfriend. Dex takes it upon himself to caution Josslyn about leading Adam on. He thinks there may be something off with him and wants Joss to be careful.

Dex’s boss Sonny (Maurice Benard) doesn’t dole out advice but he does listen to a friend. Anna (Finola Hughes) tells Sonny that Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) was the one stalking her all this time and that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) knew. Will anyone bother telling Anna that Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) was behind everything right from the grave? That could be pertinent information to know.

Ava’s Anger, Molly’s Shock

Ava (Maura West) finally confronts Austin (Roger Howarth) about what Sonny told her. His big boss is Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Austin had to have known about her kidnapping. Austin tries to deny everything but Ava is sick of his lies and unleashes her fury on the unsuspecting doctor. It looks like their little affair might be over for good.

Finally, TJ (Tajh Bellow) is forced to tell poor Molly (Kristina Vaganos) that Andrea lost the baby. She had already been planning on finding a new job to be there for their child and now that child was gone. Will they decide to try again right away or will Molly and TJ rethink their plans to become parents?
