The idea of Peter undergoing surgery to look like Nathan, perhaps to torment Maxie, Finn, or even Anna (Finola Hughes), is chillingly plausible. Chase, who has his own deeply personal history with Peter (being poisoned, almost dying, the entire Willow debacle), would be uniquely positioned to sense something is very wrong. When Sonny says “last chance,” he means it. This could signal Ric’s permanent exile from Port Charles, or at least a significant escalation in the never-ending Corinthos-Lansing feud.
