Oppenheimer proved a big winner at the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, netting wins for Cillian Murphy (Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role), Robert Downey Jr. (Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role), and indeed the entire cast via the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture award.
Ted King Shows Off Award
As a credited performer of the film’s cast, daytime TV dial hopper Ted King (Jack Finnegan, The Bold and the Beautiful, Luis and Lorenzo Alcazar, General Hospital et al.), who portrayed Alaska Senator Bob Bartlett, received an “honorary certificate” touting the achievement.
“I had no idea the Screen Actors Guild delivered these to every member of the cast,” marveled King on Instagram. “So proud of my fellow cast members who gave their heart and soul to this film.”
