Now, if showrunners get their way, Lucci could be headed into the reality television genre for a stint as the very first Golden Bachelorette.
Single…And Ready To Mingle?
Radar Online reports ABC is eyeing the daytime legend to star in its hit Golden Bachelor spin-off featuring a single lady at the helm. They want Lucci to be the first of (hopefully) many single golden women to find love on camera.
The All My Children alum has been flying solo for nearly two years following the death of her husband, Helmut Huber. The couple lived in wedded bliss from 1969 – 2022 and share two children. Is she ready to find love again, though?
Insiders claim ABC is looking at Lucci because, “her personal journey is a compelling storyline that will resonate with audiences, making the widow’s quest for love heart-warming to watch.”
Lucci and her team have not responded to the rumors.
