The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, April 5, 2024, tease Lily and Nick meeting up and spending a little time together. Could this be the start of something new?

Previously On Y&R: Audra questioned Tucker’s motives and promptly turned him down. She’s not ready…yet. Traci desperately tried to get ahold of Ashley, but still kept mum when Jack brought Nikki home. The pair discussed the drink issue and Nikki was sure Jordan decided to tell Victor she wasn’t ready to go on the trip. She went home and drank. They looked a little too cozy when Diane came in. Meanwhile, Chance got the scoop on the office drama from Billy, and Lily and Devon argued about what value (if any) Billy brings to the company. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.

Well, Hello There

Nick (Joshua Morrow) gets a treat when he runs into Lily (Christel Khalil). The friends have much to discuss and much to catch up on. Why not sit down and spill all the tea? How fun! With all Lily is going through, it’s nice to have a guy like Nick to lean on.

Will sparks fly as they chat it up? Nick’s been single for a long time now and Lily is freshly scorned. This could be the perfect opportunity to explore that tension between them. Two corporate powerhouses dating? What could possibly go wrong?

Promises, Promises…

Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) makes a promise to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan)…but will he keep it? Chelsea needs support, love, and stability as she navigates her son’s diagnosis and treatment. Is Billy truly someone she can rely on?

So far, he’s maintained being a source of strength for his girlfriend. This is Billy, though, and it may be only a matter of time before he starts to backslide into his old ways.

Support And Advice

Across town, Adam (Mark Grossman) leans on Sally (Courtney Hope). He’s just as concerned as Chelsea about their boy and he could use some kindness. Sally is more than happy to be the one he turns to and offers up some sound advice. Will he take it?
