The Young and the Restless fans can always rely on straight-shootin’ Eric Braeden (Victor Newman) for updates on their favorite soap and special looks behind-the-scenes.

Eric Braeden Teases Y&R Fans With Onset Pics

Recently, the actor took to X with several posts of snaps taken between takes of what appears to be a most formal do on a new, but surprisingly familiar-looking set.

The first featured Braeden with two of soap’s leading ladies, Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman) and Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman) and the caption: “A little break while filming.”

That was quickly followed with a picture of him and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) – – “A great colleague! Chip of the old block, KRISTOFF.”

And finally, Braden posed with beauties Melissa Ordway (Abby Carlton Newman Abbott) and Christel Khalil (Lily Winters): “Both such good actresses!!”

Though generous with his pictures and praise, Braeden is keeping tight-lipped about just what he and his costars were dressed to the nines for.

Of special note is the set that the hard-working men and women can be seen toiling on. While it’s clearly one not currently in use onscreen, certain architectural features (the large cased opening, staircase to the rear, the fireplace with mirror overhanging) seem to suggest that we might be looking at a redesigned Newman Ranch incorporating several elements from the “original look.”

Whatever the case, Braeden’s followers delighted in the offerings. One profusely thanked him with the comment: “I really enjoy all your postings of your amazing beautiful talented co stars…thank you so much for sharing with us behind the scenes #Thankyou.”
