While her alter-ego tends to emotional and psychological wounds, Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers, The Young and the Restless) is overseeing the healing of her heel (well, ankle, but who doesn’t love a little alliteration?).

A few days back, Stafford uploaded a video to Instagram showing her twirling upon one foot, the other appendage banged up in a boot. While not going as far as detailing her predicament, she did caption the post, “Who would like a Bloodhound,” — the implication being that furbaby Rufus had contributed. And it was either the four-legged one or there is truth to the fan theory that the injury was sustained “chasing Danny’s tour bus.”

Later, Stafford gave her fans a front-row seat to her (hilarious) attempts to properly bagg up the injured footsie before a shower. (Yes, the mission was accomplished, but not without considerable effort and then only semi-so.)
