Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) have loads in common, but their similarities don’t exactly make for a great friendship. In fact, the two tend to bring out the worst in each other. And while two wrongs don’t make a right, these two wrong’uns are hoping that by teaming up, they can stick it to The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Step one: formulate a devious plan. Phyllis is getting at that. And she’ll have Billy Boy on hand to encourage her.

Meanwhile, look for Ian (Ray Wise) to fill Jordan (Colleen Zenk) in on some of the shadier aspects of his past…which one would think he’s already done. How else did he get her to agree to this ridiculous criss-cross plan of his? What doesn’t she know at this point?
