Could Matt be a blackmailer? A corporate spy? Someone from Sharon’s past who’s resurfaced to cause trouble? Or perhaps a new rival trying to take advantage of the recent turmoil at Newman Enterprises? Whatever Matt’s transgressions, he’s clearly pushed Nick Newman too far.
