The Young and the Restless spoilers for for January 8, 2024, promise another bad day for Nikki as she tries not to drink.
Victor Worries For A Reason
After Victor (Eric Braeden) removed the vodka from the living room and stayed up with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) all night on New Year’s Eve to keep her from drinking, she went to an AA meeting determined to stay sober. However, by the next day, she already had a flask in her purse to spike her glass of water at the Society bar.
On Monday, Victor can tell there is still something off about his wife, so he questions Nikki to make sure she is still not drinking. Of course, Nikki will deny things and wonder if Nate (Sean Dominic) struck again. After all, he did see her at the bar and he’s gone to Victor before accusing her of drinking. Nikki also knows that his accusations are correct.
More Troubles For The Abbotts
After Tucker (Trevor St. John) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) both realized that they remembered two different versions of their Parisian fight, each one dug their heels and insisted they were right. Tucker thinks his violence was an accident while Ashley saw it all as pure rage.
Y&R spoilers say that Ashley stands her ground with Tucker. Is this about business affairs or their ill-fated marriage? Ashley promised herself that Tucker would never frighten her again and she is determined to keep that promise.
Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) is sure that Kyle (Michael Melor) is playing with fire when it comes to Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and Tucker. Kyle seems to think he has everything under control, but does he? Or, is he being taken for a ride by the woman he is sleeping with?
To that end, Jack gives Kyle a warning to play his cards right and not get too cocky about things. Dealing with a man like Tucker McCall is tricky and Kyle may be way in over his head. Of course, Kyle doesn’t think so at all. Which Abbott is right — father or son? Will Diane (Susan Walters) step in and mediate?
