Blake Berris is definitely familiar to Days of Our Lives fans considering he once played another major character on the soap in both life and death forms. But did you know he also spent a brief time as a popular character on General Hospital as well?
Blake Berris’ Second Salem Character
From 2006-2014, Berris played Nick Fallon, son of Horton granddaughter Jessica and her husband Joshua Fallon. Nick started off as a good guy, but that persona didn’t last forever. After he was found guilty of murdering university professor Trent Robbins (Roscoe Born), Nick was shipped off to Statesville for a few years, but was released in 2012.
Upon his release, he fell for Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus_ but that love soon turned to obsession and after a series of unfortunate events, Gabi killed Nick in self-defense but served time for his murder anyway. In the years since, Nick has appeared in devil form during DAYS’ Halloween, possession, and heaven stories.
Now, Berris is back on a more permanent basis playing a character who doesn’t seem to be connected to Nick at all. However, Everett is quite a mysterious man who doesn’t even seem to know his entire past. We know he was once involved with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), but he also might have been married to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) while using another name.
Berris And His Port Charles Stint
General Hospital fans may remember that when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan (Ryan Paevey) finally married in the Metro Court restaurant someone familiar yet unfamiliar performed the ceremony. Maxie wanted her ex, Damian Spinelli, to be the officiant and Spinelli delivered.
However, during those few 2017 wedding episodes, Spinelli looked a lot different. Bradford Anderson has been playing Spinelli off and on since 2006, but had another acting obligation when the wedding was being filmed. Berris stepped in and pinch-hit for Anderson and is the face you see in any of Maxie and Nathan’s wedding pics.
Seven years later, Anderson is back on the PC scene with Spinelli moving in with Maxie to help her pay her bills and Berris is confusing the women of Salem as Everett Lynch.
