Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) is finally — FINALLY — wise to Konstantin’s (John Kapelos) machinations, and to say that she’s one seriously pissed off red-head would be an understatement — but is she ready and willing to join forces with John (Drake Hogestyn), Steve (Stephen Nichols), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) to bring the baddie down once and for all?
Meanwhile, a furious EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) considers whether he’ll rumble Sloan’s (Jessica Serfaty) baby stealing or keep mum. The deciding factor? Jude’s paternity. Hence his less-than-amiable request that the tests on the tyke’s DNA be expedited.
Elsewhere, the jovial business of Victor’s will finally clearing probate has Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) in high spirts…right up to the moment that Theresa (Emily O’Brien) chirps, “We’re going to be set for life.”
And as for Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens), the young couple grapple with the unknown. On the one hand, they could welcome a healthy, happy baby. On the other, the babe “could have serious birth defects.” While Paulina () wails at the realization that she’s the cause of the dilemma, EJ decrees the risk is too great and insists that the two “cannot move forward with the pregnancy.
