Tuesday, April 9
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael (Chad Duell) took to the Metro Court to celebrate their anniversary. Nina (Cynthia Watros) was sorely mistaken when she assumed this was an answer to her prayers. She stalked off to Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) office and attempted to convince him to intercede on her behalf. The two wound up having passionate sex atop his desk.
Ava’s (Maura West) overfamiliarity with Sonny (Maurice Benard) unnerved Kristina (Kate Mansi). Kristina insisted to Sonny that she was fine with Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) keeping their love affair under wraps. Sonny was put out to learn that Drew had rehired Nina at Crimson.
Jason (Steve Burton) announced to Diane (Carolyn Hennessy) that he intends to take back his interest in Corinthos coffee and that he’ll be operating out of his old office. Diane relayed that Jason’s estate has remained in probate all these years and that Carly lost the Metro Court to Nina. Sonny made a beeline for Jason’s office.
Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) griped to Carly about recent decisions undertaken by Nina. Carly rescued John (Adam J. Harrington) from a savage beatdown and accompanied him back to his suite at the Metro Court.
Wednesday, April 10
Sleepless Ava down some of Sonny’s prescription pills in the hopes they’d induce slumber. She was left wanting…. Jason refused to kowtow to Sonny, even when death threats were leveled. He’s staying put at the coffee warehouse. Sonny’s irrational behavior left Jason wondering if he’s forgoing his medication.
Kristina assured Blaze that she was perfectly content keeping their private life private. Later, she confided her worries about Sonny and Ava’s cohabitation…. Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) rued the repercussions should Heather (Alley Mills) achieve her freedom. The couple then counted their blessings and looked forward to life with Ace.
Portia (Brook Kerr) griped to Curtis (Donnell Turner) about Heather possibly slithering out of her charges before initiating a bout of lovemaking…. Carly remained by John’s side, despite his myriad of protests…. Drew suggested that he might intercede on Nina’s behalf with Willow — but it’ll cost her!
Thursday, April 11
Despite initial hesitations, Brook Lynn (Amanda Sutton) was thrilled by her new wedding dress. With one fashion crisis adverted, another is tackled, namely, Lois’s (Rena Sofer) homely mother-of-the-bride outfit. Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived and announced that he and Brook Lynn would be honeymooning in Florence and that he’d saved the money by selling his prized truck.
Nina and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) sparred over the associate publisher the former installed…. Nina caught Carly and John in a seemingly compromising position; she then immediately raced over to Drew’s office — interrupting his meeting with Michael and Curtis — and relayed the sight.
Carly bemoaned losing the Metro Court…. Anna (Finola Hughes) summoned Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to discuss his dealings with Brennan. Valentin insisted that there was no relationship to speak of, and warned Anna not to reach out to Brennan again…. The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York granted Alexis a hearing…. Marshall (Robert Gossett) gave TJ (Tajh Bellow) some new perspective on his and Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) troubles.
Friday, April 12
Michael refused to entertain the notion that Carly entertained John the night previous…. Curtis was put out to learn that Drew and Carly had called it quits…. Jason tasked Diane with purchasing Nina’s half of the Metro Court so that he could gift it to Carly. Nina delighted in playing hardball with the lawyer…. Tracy (Jane Elliot) stepped in to prevent Brook Lynn from inadvertently deeming Chase’s sacrifice. Brook Lynn momentarily worked herself into a frenzy, but Tracy managed to calm her
Carly explained herself to Michael and then Jason. Jason and Carly debated whether or not it was Sonny who sicced those goons on John…. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) bemoaned her job search…. Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) finally got on the same page then blustered Lucy into presenting Deception’s products on Home & Heart. As Maxie feared, Lucy made the proceedings all about her.
